We believe in complete transparency. We charge: • An onboarding fee of £300 upon signing our agreement. • A final fee of 1% of the purchase price payable upon completion. There are no other hidden costs, and we want you to be assured that we are with you for the whole journey. Because we negotiate hard on your behalf, our clients often find that the discount we secure on the property purchase price helps offset our fee. We don’t just find you a property; we make sure you don’t overpay for it.
