Managing Director Profile
Andrew Harrison has more than 23 years’ experience in the construction industry, working on a diverse range of projects in the United Kingdom and international locations such as Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho and Botswana.
He is a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), an Incorporated Engineer with the Engineering Council (EC) and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). He has a Masters Degree (Merit) in Project Management, an NVQ4 in Construction Site Management and a National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Andrew's extensive project and construction management experience comes from having worked for large multi-national consultant and contracting organisations through to small family run businesses. This has given him a comprehensive working knowledge of how projects should be planned and delivered.
The industry sectors he has worked in includes: public, education, airports, rail, water (sewerage), building, commercial, residential, civil, industrial, mining, roads, infrastructure and domestic. Working with his previous employers he has succesfully delivered projects for clients in the United Kingdom that include: Department for Education, Home Office, Ministry of Justice, Gatwick Airport, Heathrow Airport, Southern Railway, Southern Water and Hammerson.
His track record of successful delivery comes from building strong relationships with clients and delivery agents, understanding their requirements and identifying the operational constraints that must be considered by the project.
